Only a 3 min walk to the High Street with many shops, bars and restaurants incl. Waitrose, WHSmiths, Sainsbury's, even a few banks, Costa and Starbucks cafes among others, local library, many restaurants and bars. It is a 7 mins to the train station (25 mins to Waterloo). We are close to a cut- for easy access.
We are equidistant between Kingston and Sutton; 2 large towns with great shopping, cinemas & clubs. Kingston is a university town so this is particularly lively and well catered for. It is a 20min cycle into Kingston Uni and there is a good bus service from the High street.
The room is lovely and bright with 2 large windows. It has an ‘L’ shape and comprises the whole attic extension. There is a double bed, sofa, Freeview cable and TV, a clothes rail; set of drawers, table and chair. We can be flexible with the furniture. The windows are double glazed, it has central heating and wooden floors. Furniture and layout may vary from photos. Arrange it as you like. Our current lodger has set up her own kitchenette and turned it into a self contained studio.
No need to buy a TV licence or pay council tax. We have broadband and all bills (except the landline) are included.
This is a chill family home, I share with one other lady and my wonderful friendly staffie dog, so if you would like to share our happy home, you will need to be dog friendly. My adult children visit occasionally.
We have a fully fitted kitchen with 5 ring cooker and double oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. You will have your own small fridge and cupboard space. We have a large wildlife garden which is great for relaxing in.

We are busy professionals, (not a party house), looking forward to sharing our home with another easy going, happy and open minded, non smoker.
