Room to rent in Yeading

Hello!

I have a spare room to rent in Yeading- currently furnished with a single bed but plenty of space to switch to a double if you prefer.

I currently live in the flat with my cat (not suitable for those with allergies/severe asthma) and am looking to rent my spare room. Utilities & wifi included in rent.

2 bed, one bathroom with shower/bath. Shared living room with table/sofas & TV for relaxing/eating & hosting with access to shared garden and patio space. Kitchen comes with access to fridge/freezer, over/microwave/air frier & kettle/toaster/sandwich toaster.

Washing machine but no drier (washing line available & laundromat nearby)

Can reach Hayes & Harlington (Elizabeth line) or Northolt (Central) station within 20 minutes by bus along with direct bus routes into Ealing & Heathrow.

Nisa/Co-op/Lidl all within walking distance and other shops can be reached with short drive/bus journey.

I'm a 29 year old professional who either works from home or my office in Slough, I'm friendly and happy to socialise but equally happy to keep to myself- I like a quiet life so if you keep the communal areas tidy & respect the space we'll get along just fine. Would help if you liked cats since mines very affectionate but not a requirement.
