Small narrowboat for rent

This is not a regular room/flat ad please read the description thoroughly before messaging.

Great opportunity for someone who wants to try off grid living but unsure of where to start, or wether they would like it or not.
Living on the canal is truly unique, an alternative lifestyle thats not for everyone.
If you never had any interest/plan in living off grid, in a camper van or on a boat, then this is not for you and please dont message.

This boat is my first home, and ive been living here in the past 4 years. Recently I moved onto my partners boat however i still have little projects and jobs id like to finish on it before i look for a new owner.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a long term rental. I aim this to be an introduction for boatlife and new experience for people who havent tried boating before but passionate about it.

●The boat is 35ft (10.5) long and 6"10 (2 meters) wide. Minus the front storage and back decking, the whole inside area is less than 7m x 2m.
Its small, therefore its only for one person. Small pets considered.
This is for short term only.
Minimum 1 or 2weeks up to 1-2 months.

●We are continuous cruisers, that means the boat has no fixed location or address. You will be moving with me and ill teach you how to drive the boat and navigate on the waterways.☺️

We aim to be in the area of Uxbridge/ West Drayton/ Northolt/ Greenford then cut to the East side through Camden, Angel and going further north in the next months, but no exact dates and locations.
We try to moor near stations as we work in London but having a bicycle would be useful.

●There is no 240V electricity as in regular houses cause the boat runs on 12V.
There is 2 USB outlet for charging phones, but you cant plug in or charge any regular 220V/240V appliances.

●Limited kitchen facilities, no hob. Ive been cooking on a camping stove my whole time, which is enough for the basics but dont expect cooking big meals in this period of time.

●Water- boat doesnt have an unlimited supply of water, it has a water tank around 4-500liter that needs to be filled if the water runs out. We will take time to do this together but you need to learn how to use it wisely.
Hot water is heated by a diesel heater, it can generate around 80L hot water at a time.

Bedroom has double bed with orthopedic semi firm mattress, shelves, separate wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit.
Tiny middle area serves as a living room, with a small sofa, storage opposite, multi fuel burner for heating but that probably wont be needed anytime soon.
Kitchen has plenty storage, and will have a fridge too but its not on the photos yet.

●Toilet is a chemical/ cassette toilet. As there is no sewage system on canals, this has to be manually emptied at boaters facilities, this will all be explained later.

●Entrance of the boat is a covered deck area, serves as a little terrace.

If you are adventurous and always wanted to live closer to nature and wildlife, but dont know where to start or hesitant wether if its the right choice for you, then this could be your call.
