Bright double room in large terrace house

Large bright double room - with King Size bed - available in a big 3 bedroom terraced house.

You would be sharing the house with me, Stewart, and small cat (11 months old) The third bedroom is currently a spare room.

The house has two reception rooms, a lounge, and a dining room with a second sofa - ideal for entertaining when there are two of us at home.

There is a kitchen, with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and air-fryer, and there's a washing machine in the basement.

I work in theatre (producing, writing, directing), so work from home except when a show's on.

The bedroom comes with the bed, chest of drawers, desk and shelving unit. However, any of that can be removed (except the bed) if you have you're own furniture, or you just want more room!

There is a small yard at the back, with lots of pots providing greenery and colour through the summer.

Someone who likes cats too.
