Room is available now and want to fill asap. Looking to rent out the big ensuite room in my flat. I'm away a lot (2 weeks in August, 2 weeks in September). I’m normally out all weekend at my partner's place nearby so you'll have the place to yourself a lot in the evenings and weekends. I use the second bedroom as an office in the day in the week.

It's a bright, big room in a 2 bed flat on the 3rd floor of this modern building, with a private balcony overlooking the big, beautiful Alex park. 🌿

Room: 
Queen size bed.
Freshly renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, anti fog mirror.
Dedicated workspace with electric standing desk and chair by the window in the bedroom.

Shared garden space downstairs with big bbq and picnic table.

I have moved the DJ set up can see in the pics from the lounge into my room - i often teach DJing, sometimes in the evenings. It’s not too loud!

You’ll be living with me and my cute cat, Timo. It’d be great to have someone who is very cat friendly and happy to feed him when I'm away (no worries if you have to miss a day or so), as well as give him the odd groom and a stroke. He’s not the cuddliest, but very friendly and fun, loves a shoelace play.

I’m sociable but also keep to myself. It’s a very clean and tidy place and would expect you to maintain this too which means washing up straight after meals etc. I love cooking and would be keen to share meals.

I work from home in my room in the week but am self employed, my schedule changes all the time. Often out at the gym or tennis.

Quite flexible on length of rental.

Would prefer to do a viewing in person rather than on Facetime.
