Hi,

Discover comfort and convenience in this delightful duplex apartment, ideally located in Manchester.

Bus 85 will take you to the City centre in 19 minutes journey. Including a 2-minute walk to the bus stop.

It is a duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms in the basement. The basement is half underground and you will have two windows for light and ventilation. (See the pictures)

There is a common lounge on the ground floor where we socialize and it is open to the Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to bring your stuff. We all will share one big refrigerator and the freezer.

There are two toilets in the apartment shared by all. We are very strict on cleaning and keep the toilets fully equipped with fresheners etc.

The room is available for someone who is looking for temporary accommodation as my contract with the landlord will finish in September this year. If things go well, we can extend the contract for another year. This can be discussed later.

Couples are also welcome, however, for two people in one room, the rent would be 700 GBP as I will have to cover the bills.

Those who are looking for temporary accommodation in Manchester for their PLAB test will be given priority as I have done it myself and finding suitable short-term accommodation is hard.

Plenty of secure space for car parking within the property. I have a table in the storeroom which I can assemble for you to study/ work.
