I’m seeking a flatmate to share a homely and clean 2-bedroom flat in Whalley Range. The room is spacious, has a king size bed and lots of storage. The area is peaceful and close to Alexandra Park with good transport links to the city.

I am looking for someone who values a clean, peaceful and warm environment.

The bills come up to £150 person/month in winter, and less in summer. Happy to provide comprehensive details on this.

About me: 

I am a laid back, respectful and communicative individual. Home is a sanctuary and I like to look after it.

I work for a mental health charity, and in my spare time I like to read, do yoga, try new food and go for walks/hikes/visit new places. Into art and films and I care deeply about social justice issues.

I have lived in houseshares for 6 years so I am familiar with open communication and compromise. I am looking for someone respectful and considerate, just like me, to share a home.

That being said, I'd like someone I can cohabitate with - if friendship happens organically, that’s great, but happy to be just considerate flatmates.
