Main communal bathroom (beautifully decorated) will only be used by yourself and guests as the master bedroom has it's own ensuite. Small garden available at rear. Walking distance to Altrincham centre and Hale within 5-10 mins walk. Altrincham tram stop is less than a 2 minute walk away. Lovely area. I am a live in landlord, I'm female, 32 years old and a Midwife. I work long hours and therefore need somebody who is clean, tidy and respectful. Someone sociable that wants to go for drinks/coffee/dinner/movies occasionally would be lovely but that also enjoys their own space, enjoys spending time out of the home and has their own independent life.
