The house has: large front lounge with piano and tv, (BT Sport/I player/Netflix etc) rear large kitchen/lounge, sunny rear garden/patio with large seating area and BBQ area, basement with tv (Netflix), 4 beds, shared bathroom with separate shower, downstairs toilet.

Your room is on the top floor and overlooks the garden. it has a quiet and sunny aspect. There is a single bed, bookcase, desk, and wardrobe.

We have BT broadband, BT sports and Netflix.

Everything is included in the rent save for the use of the home phone.
