I am a live out landlord.
Looking for a tenant for my flat as one of the tenants is moving out.
Location: 12 mins walking distance to Alty Tram station and 8 mins walking distance to Navigation road Tram station. 12 mins walking distance to Puregym, 14 mins walking distance to Tesco Extra and Alty Market.
About the existing tenant: Female, professional, 29 years old. She works full time, working from home one day a week.
Spare room: It is a double bed. Pillows, duvet and beddings not included. The room has a built in wardrobe. There is enough space for working desk and chair, the bed just needs moving. Two bedside tables with table lamps.
Kitchen: More than enough spaces in the cupboard. Cutleries, dinnerware, kitchenware including pans are available for use. With oven, kettle, microwave, washing machine, full size fridge with 3 drawer freezer.
Living and dining room: With work desk in the living room and the book shelf. With three seater sofa and a side table. Well lit as it is north facing, with three big windows. Four seater dining table which you can also use as working area.
Bathroom and storage: Huge bathroom with bath and separate shower, also with floor to ceiling storage. Side of the entrance hall there is also a storage room for luggages and utilities. The flat has a loft as well, which you can store some of your stuff in.
Garage and parking: if you’re driving, you can park at the front of our building on a first come first serve basis. But the norm is to park in front your garage. I used the garage as storage. You can store some of your stuff there too.
