We are looking for a non-smoker mature and tidy housemate to occupy one of the double rooms in our lovely and cosy house.

The property itself is newly refurbished that comes with a three piece bathroom that you will have to your use apart from an ground floor shower room and the usual others like a shared living, reception, kitchen and a back garden.

It is very conveniently located (check the map!) from all the amenities within 5mins walking distance that includes the train/tram/bus station, Tesco Extra and Sainsburys, Altrincham Market, Library and the High Street as well as a newly refurbed Altrincham Leisure Centre and Stamford Park. Also, Manchester Airport is only about 15mins drive away!

A little about us:
I am a doctor working for the NHS and my husband Marco is a financial professional working in Manchester City Centre.
We love to socialise, play board games, dance salsa and watch documentaries on history and politics. You are in for a treat if you have interest in learning/practicing French/Italian language, EU and World Politics and know how to play chess or want to learn!

And last but not the least we have our gorgeous little 8 months old boy who keeps us entertained, well, on our toes and dancing to his tunes ;)
