Female professionals seeking someone to move into our stunning four-bed Victorian terrace in the heart of Altrincham.

The available room is a top-floor double bedroom, furnished to a very high standard. The rest of the house is also fully furnished as you can see in pics, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. All the little things like plates, cups, cutlery etc are all shared/sorted for you too.

The price for the room is 875pcm ALL INCLUDED - that's bills, council tax and high speed internet all sorted.

It's really gorgeous and peaceful - you've got the top floor of the house to yourself and the lovely wide window opens up to the trees and the sun of the park across the road.

The location is also amazing: just a few minutes' walk to the Altrincham tram stop and train station, a stone's throw away from the town centre or Hale, we're situated right on the stunning leafy green Stamford park. On-street parking is available in certain spots across the road.

Our home is spacious and bright, featuring high ceilings, huge windows, and loads of natural light in every room.

There's also a separate utility room in the basement, so we never have to navigate each other's washing (and it's great for extra storage), and a convenient downstairs toilet.

One of the best features of our home is the west-facing back garden, which gets plenty of sun. We love to relax with a glass of wine 'on the terrace' and catch up on sunny afternoons and evenings.
