I’m moving out of my room in this house mid - late Jan and I am looking for someone to replace me.
Situated close to Timperley and Hale and 10 minutes from Altrincham town centre with nearby bus links.
The house is a mid terrace barn conversion comprising of three double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen diner, bathroom, en-suite and downstairs loo.
There is a double room available, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The bathroom is large with a bath and shower.
Room is UNFURNISHED, I can sell my wardrobe to the incoming tenant but a new bed etc will need to be provided, room fits a standard double. The remainder of the house is furnished.
Bills approx £90 (covering gas and electric, wifi & council tax (band A spilt three ways)
My share of the deposit was £692 (it was split 3 ways when we moved in but my rent is cheaper than the other two that’s why it says its £657 on the listing as it would only let me input a max of 5 weeks rent) this will need to be paid before any tenancy agreements are signed.
Property has off street parking immediately outside the house.
I can be flexible on moving dates for towards the end of Jan, I’m away from the 19th December - 2nd January and won’t be able to do viewings around that time which is why I’m putting the advert up now.
The current household are two quiet professional females who are super tidy and clean and easy going and would ideally like someone similar.
