Double room in quite cul-de-sac with parking

Hi,
My previous tenants (1 male 1 female) where 18mths and 2 yrs respectively, the latter moved out last year and therefore I have a freshly decorated double room with plenty of storage to rent,. (1 single room will remain empty for guests)

The rent includes all bills, you have full use of the lounge/diner as your own.
The new kitchen is very large and well equipped and has everything for the enthusiastic cook, like me.
We share the bathroom and there is another convenient toilet downstairs.
The property sits on the edge of the Bridgewater canal looking over open fields, its idyllic in any season. I am semi retired and have 2 small friendly dogs, yours is welcome if similar.
There is off road parking on the drive and the cul-de-sac is extremely quite. I am easy going, a dry sense of humour and enjoy sports and keeping fit, your welcome to use the fixed bike looking over the canal, makes training so much fun. Fishing equipment, canoe and kayak are all available too.
Local Amenities include a Nisa, post office hairdressers, takeaways and parks. Altriincham, Hale, trains and metros are all 5 minutes away.
Would consider a couple, rent tbd.
