Double room available in a friendly house share

I am a 36-year-old professional who runs a children's tuition centre. I love exploring Hale and Altrincham at the weekends, and I am always around for a glass of wine after work.

I am looking for someone who is laid back, respectful of each other's space and happy to socialise sometimes, as well as having private space within the property.

The room available is a large double, fully furnished with lots of natural light. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom which will be shared with just with you and I. There are 2 bedrooms in total in the house.

There are 2 separate sitting rooms (both with televisions and Netflix). There is a fully fitted kitchen with all of the essentials leading onto a garden with outdoor lounge furniture which is also a great little sun-trap throughout the day!
