I am a live in landlord looking to rent out a large spare room to somebody professional, respectful & clean. Please note that due to my circumstances, I will be at the property 3 nights a week on average. Preference is for single female occupant or a couple.
The room:
- Fully furnished
- Plenty of natural light
- En suite bathroom
- Well insulated
Location:
- Located within Romana Square Apartments
- Concierge with gym, sauna onsite from 9-5
- Safe and secure with gated entrance within safe and quiet neighbourhood
- 5 minutes walking distance from the Timperley Tram Stop
- Less than 5 minutes walking distance from local shop
- 15 minute walking distance from Altrincham Industrial Estate with shops that include TKMaxx, HomeSense, B&M etc.
- Parking alongside visitors parking spaces available on site
Rent & Terms:
- Only wifi, netflix and water included in the rent. Note, electricity and council tax will be split and paid for on a monthly basis
- Deposit £500
- Couples welcome but there will be a charge of £80 extra per month.
- Council Band D
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed
