The flat is in a modern build apartment complex in Altrincham (Budenberg) only around a 10-12 min walk from Navigation Road tram station and 10-12 min walk to Altrincham town centre.
Supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl are only 5 mins away. Small corner shops being even closer.
The rent is £600 per month excluding bills. Council tax band D (Trafford Council).
Bills (including council tax) generally tend to come to around £200 per person but can vary depending on usage.
