I am a working professional living in a 2 bed flat in Altrincham. My current flatmate is having to move out due to relocation which means I now have a room empty the flat we were both renting together.

The flat is in a modern build apartment complex in Altrincham (Budenberg) only around a 10-12 min walk from Navigation Road tram station and 10-12 min walk to Altrincham town centre.

Big superstores like Aldi and Lidl are only 5 mins away. Small corner shops being even closer.

The rent is £600 per month excluding bills. Council tax band D (Trafford Council).
Bills generally tend to come to around £200 per person but can vary depending on usage.

I’m available to hold viewings most of the week except the days that I go into the office.
