Looking for housemates-2 double rooms-Altrincham

Hi, I’m a 39-year-old marketing professional living in a lovely four-bed Victorian terrace in Altrincham. I’m looking for two like-minded professionals to join me and help make it a comfortable, easy-going home.

The house is bright and spacious with high ceilings, lots of natural light and a west-facing garden that gets the sun (great for a glass of wine on warmer days!). The house is mostly furnished as I moved in from living alone and I’m happy for shared items to be used as long as they’re respected and looked after.

There are two unfurnished double bedrooms available. The fourth bedroom is a smaller room that’s mainly used as a shared walk-in wardrobe. There’s also a separate utility room in the basement (very handy for washing and storage), a dishwasher, tumble dryer and a downstairs toilet.

The location is ideal — just a few minutes’ walk to Stamford Park, Altrincham town centre, tram stop and train station, with easy on-street parking.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, active and easy-going, and outside of work I’m usually at the gym, doing ice skating and/or yoga, getting outdoors or enjoying good food and wine. I’m looking for people I genuinely get on with, happy to hang out sometimes, but also respectful of personal space and downtime. This isn't a party house; more a relaxed place that actually feels like home, with the occasional get-together.

If the right people came along, I’d also be open to teaming up and finding a new place instead.
