Double room in chilled Altrincham home

Hi, I’m a 39-year-old marketing professional living in a lovely four-bed Victorian terrace in Altrincham. I’m looking for one like-minded professional to join an easy-going, grown-up house share.

The house is bright and spacious, with high ceilings, lots of natural light and a west-facing garden that gets the sun (perfect for a glass of wine on warmer days!). It’s mostly furnished as I moved in from living alone, and I’m happy for shared items to be used as long as they’re respected and looked after.

The available room is an unfurnished double bedroom. The house will be shared by three professionals in total. There’s also a smaller fourth bedroom that’s mainly used as a shared walk-in wardrobe, plus a separate utility room in the basement (great for washing and extra storage), a dishwasher, tumble dryer and a downstairs toilet.

The location is ideal — just a few minutes’ walk to Altrincham town centre, tram stop and train station, with easy on-street parking.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, active and easy-going, and outside of work I’m usually keeping busy with the gym, ice skating, yoga, getting outdoors or enjoying good food and wine. I’m looking for someone who wants a home that feels comfortable and easy — happy to hang out sometimes, but also values their own space.
