Spacious double bedroom in shared house in Altrinc

You will have sole use of the double bedroom and bathroom in the basement of the property. Me and my adult son will also live in the property around 50% of the time. Access to the kitchen, dining room, sitting room and small patio will be shared. We will let you know on a monthly basis when we will be living in the property. Included in the the property is a shared washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to Altrincham and Navigation train/tram and Altrincham centre. Gas, electricity, water and broadband are not included in the rent.
