I am offering the ground floor of my 3 storey town house (in which I occupy the 2nd & 3rd floors) for the all inclusive sum of £900 per month (including gas, electricity, water, TV licence, Broadband etc).
Located in a very attractive quiet conservation area, just a couple of minutes walk from Altrincham town centre, the accommodation comprises: large bedroom/sitting room, separate private kitchen and shower room, shared use of the hallway, garden and laundry facilities. All is recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard.
The private kitchen features a brand new induction hob, larder fridge and combination microwave, plus plenty of cupboard space.
Manchester city centre is 25 mins by tram, the station is just 5 minutes walk and they run every 6 minutes throughout the day, with services continuing until at least midnight. The M56/M6/M60 motorway networks, Airport and Wythenshawe Hospital are quickly accessible by car.
For amenities and night-life literally on the doorstep there is the thriving town of Altrincham plus Hale Village, both with trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We are also on the edge of the beautiful Cheshire countryside, even closer Devisdale natural park is a short stroll.
Strictly single occupancy, I am preferably looking for a professional person, perhaps working away from home on contract. Antisocial working hours (e. g. flight crew) are no problem. Must be dog friendly (I have a large super friendly Weimaraner). I am open minded regarding age. Happy to help anyone new to the area get orientated.
Minimum commitment is 6 months, shorter stays may be considered, subject to a pre arranged time-scale and adjusted rental fee.
