Double modern room with own bathroom in Ancoats

I am a postgrad student looking for a housemate :)

Double modern room available, it is not ensuite but you will have full access to the other bathroom.
The house is fully furnished. With furniture in the living room area and kitchen with all amenities.

Agency fees do apply and are roughly £250 and the rent is £450 pcm with bills included comes up to about £500 a month.

As for me I am very easy going, love to cook, chill, go gym and I pretty much get along with everyone love to be with fiends but, I also do love my own space. All I would ask is for someone who is clean as well lol :)
