En-suite Room - High Spec - Ancoats

I'm a 28 year old Event Manager, recently moved to manchester with a mate but he is now moving abroad.

I play rugby and gym most days. In my downtime I'm pretty chilled, TV, cooking, catching up with mates and going out for a few drinks.

The flat is in a really good area 10-minute walk from Picadilly and victoria stations as well as a short walk from town.

It is a 2 bed (Big bedrooms) both ensuite with walk-in wardrobes. The images show the kitchen and living area, the bedroom image is a stock image off the website but looks the same (Minus the furniture) and the floor plan is similar but it is a corner flat so slightly different layout.

Note: My flatmate is taking his bed frame but leaving a good quality mattress.

If you want any more detail on the building the flat is in Smiths Yard. There is off-street parking but it is an additional request directly to the building management and will be an additional cost.

As my flatmate is leaving, it would require us to take out a new 12-month lease.
