1 double room with en-suite ancoats

Sadly I’m moving out as I’m off to work abroad so I’ll be looking for someone to take my place in my second-floor flat in Ancoats. (It’s 2 bedrooms, both with en-suites so you’ll have your own bathroom and you would be sharing With my current flat mate)

Bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe, it is unfurnished but I am happy to sell the bed which is currently there - only 6 months old. Current flat mate is 26, working in PR mon- fri. She appreciates a housemate who is clean and tidy and likes to socialise. Sofa is a joint purchase so will be there still, all other furniture is my house mates in the living room. Amazing location, just round the corner to Rudy’s.

Available from the 1st November, our lease runs until February - but mine will need to be taken over and renewed. (Renting through Manchester life). Current housemate will be moving out about January so you will have the opportunity to choose your own flatmate (with the help of my current) who will take over and renew her lease, once you have moved in.

Bills come to about £140 a month
