REQUIREMENTS?
You will need to be in full time work or education. 5 weeks' deposit + 1 month's rent is required in accordance with renting guidelines. UK Guarantor preferred however some tenants have instead opted to pay half their tenancy (3 or 6 months) in advance where no Guarantor was possible. Whatever is easier for you. Deposits are registered and protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). No move-in fees.
