We're looking to rent out our pristine double ensuite spare room in our Ancoats new build town house available from early Sept 2024. The property is tastefully furnished, recently decorated and luckily is in probably the best location in Manchester - on Cutting Room Square with its associated neighbourhood bars and restaurants as well as short walking distance all parts of the city. There is also a spacious roof terrace / outdoor space. The property has gas central heating throughout, high spec kitchen including induction hob and 4 bathrooms. We do have a cat although he seems to spend most of the day asleep!

We are a professional gay male couple who are clean and tidy and pretty chilled out in general. Looking for a similar professional housemate. The house is definitely more of a chilled out environment than party place although we like socialising out as much as anyone else.
