2 bed flat to rent

Hey, me and my flat mate are both wanting to move out of the flat before our tenancy ends so needing to find replacement tenants to move in. One room is already reserved so one room is still available. The girl who’s reserved a room is happy to chat to anyone interested and you can buddy up together to take the flat :)

Both rooms are the same layout with their own en-suite and walk through wardrobe. The flat is really lovely and modern.

The flat comes unfurnished but I am wanting to sell some of the living room furniture so we could agree on something here if needed.

The flat is in a great part of Manchester amongst the restaurants and bars and close walk into town.

The tenancy would be starting from 01/04/21, any more questions let me know
