The flat rental is £503.42 per month, the monthly bills come to £180, but that includes WiFi, council tax, water, electric, all that good stuff.
Situated just above Pollen Bakery, a two minute walk from the vibrant Cuttingroom Square, and opens onto the lazy canal boats of New Islington Marina.
