Double room with en-suite in central Ancoats

Currently have one double room available in Central Ancoats from the 1st May. New tenancy of 12 months to be signed with the current flatmate.

Bills are approx:

Council tax band: B
Water: £20 pm
Electric: £65 pm
Wifi: £17.30 pm

The room is spacious, bright and has an ensuite. It comes unfurnished but there is a walk-in wardrobe area.

The living room and kitchen is all open plan, includes a dishwasher and has plenty of storage space. The room does come unfurnished and I will be taking some items from the living spaces so do feel free to bring your own furniture!

The rent is £612.50 a month plus bills. Parking is an additional cost, however there is a 24hr concierge and onsite gym included.

You will be sharing with my lovely flatmate Grace, who is a 26 y/o professional. She is friendly and sociable but also very respectful of privacy and down-time. If you're interested, please let me know so we can arrange a viewing.
