Into music and collecting vinyl house and electronic mostly, travel, the occasional night out at White Hotel, I enjoy DJing for fun, (no house parties), and getting out for walks, hikes as well as the pub:))
From February I’ll be mostly working from home and travelling for work when necessary, so balance and mutual respect matter.
Looking for a flatmate, ideally someone I also get on with.
No students, no couples.

**IMPORTANT INFO**
The flat has been listed for sale for around 5 months and hasn’t had a single viewing, the market is slow and there is no active sale process (The agency can confirm).
If it ever does sell, it’s most likely to be to an investor, which typically means a simple change of ownership with no impact on tenants.
I’ve lived here for over 5 years. The agency is responsive, trusts me, and the tenancy has been completely stable.
I’m staying by choice. the rent is genuinely cheap and very hard to beat for this area.
The landlord owns 3 flats in the block, they are paid for and mortgage free hence low rent with trusted tenants like myself.
In the unlikely event of a private sale, the legal notice period is two months, starting from the next rent cycle, no sudden moves.
If and when this worst case were to happen, I'd be open to look for another property together! But in the meantime why not take advantage of this bargain?!
For transparency: some of the tiles in the communal patio are currently lifted. This doesn’t affect the flat or day-to-day living as it is outside our property l.
From 1 May 2026, tenancy law changes mean private rentals move to rolling (month-to-month) contracts, offering stronger tenant protections and no fixed end date.
