Townhouse in New Islington on a quiet street but 5 min walk to Ancoats marina, 15 min to Piccadilly station. Garden with lots of space. Have a dishwasher, big fridge, and everything for the kitchen. Washer & separate dryer, fast wifi and a hammock. We have the 2nd floor and room to rent on the 1st floor. No parking with the house but you might be able to rent one from a neighbour or get on street parking.
The Room:
Large double room with high ceiling, furnished with wardrobe, chests of drawers and a desk. Has a small balcony and lots of light. The bathroom is separate, we have one upstairs, so you’ll be the only one using it regularly. All bills inc and we'll get the household stuff so there'll always be bin bags.
US:
Couple in edging out of our 30s, working from home most of the time but occasionally travelling. Tend to be at the gym and cooking most evenings. Weekends are hanging out with friends, doing some DIY projects and travelling. Like good coffee ( federal), theatre, a cocktail and the Aldi middle aisle.
You:
Chilled, tidy, and know how to unload a dishwasher. Must be gay enough to quote a 90s movie, but not too gay to function.
