Hello there. I'm Lewis, and I'm looking for a friendly, reliable flatmate to share my two-bed apartment in the popular New Islington area. My current lodger has moves out to move to Stockport, meaning there's a rare find in this vibrant area. One a great flat and room but two, me, a "pretty good if I say so myself" flatmate.

Superbly close to City Centre. As mentioned, it's only a 13-minute walk to Piccadilly Station and about 15 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens. Have the benefits of being close but in a quiet development set back from road.

It's in a quiet professional development close to the city centre, gyms, bars, food places and supermarkets. Plus Ancoats on your doorstep.

Everything from convenience stores, barbers, bars, a microbrewery tap room, Domino's, Costa are all practically within steps of the apartment.

What I'm looking for.
I work from home, so this room would better suit someone who works outside the home most of the week (Monday to Friday), or who works form home one day per week. I value a chilled, respectful home and people willing to keep the place clean and take care of my things and the apartment.

Storage: The flat has a wardrobe in your room and space at the front door for jacketa and shoes but no large cupboards or big storage, so it may not be ideal for someone with lots of things. No space inside for a bike or big appliances, but I truly believe there's everything you need. And you can bring a TV, computer, musical instrument or whatever for in your room. People I've lived with before have done that and it's been fine :)

Note on Appliances: We have a washing machine (but no dryer), so I tend to use drying racks, plus there's a tall radiator in the bathroom which you can use.

The room is available from Sunday (with time factored in for a quick clean/prep). I'm ideally looking for a term of 3-9 months, but open to discussing your needs.
