Double room with ensuite next to Ancoats

A 2 bed apartment at Lampwick Quay next to New Islington marina, comprises a fitted kitchen, living room and 2 double bedrooms both with ensuites. The available double room is unfurnished.
I'd like to live with someone who is clean, tidy and looks after our communal living area. Someone who is conscientious of living with another person e. g. not making loads of noise during week nights, leaving the kitchen a mess etc.
I'm not a big drinker so will be pretty chilled through the week after work going to the gym, yoga, food etc. So guess I'm looking for someone similar too! A good balance of socialising and time alone is important to me so someone who is independent and happy in their own company would be nice.
