Apartment has 2 bathrooms, all appliances and a balcony. The room is bright and has a double bed, large wardrobe and set of drawers.

Street parking is available nearby and the tram is a 5 minute walk. All bills/WiFi/TV are included.

I work in the office Monday to Friday, like to have friends over occasionally (including my dog) and am vegan. Looking for a someone to move in for around 6 months (min) starting from mid June.
