Room for rent

Hey.
I have a room to rent in my three bed flat. I have lived here with friends over the years and it’s quite a big property. The flat is split over three floors so it never feels cramped. It’s not in a big apartment building so if that’s what you are looking for it’s probably not right for you.

I have a springer spaniel dog who generally comes everywhere I go so won’t often be left in the flat but be good if you like dogs.

The bedroom has a double bed, en-suite and a private balcony. Open to living with girls or guys from all walks of life as long as we got on and you are respectful to each other.

Other than that I’m chill guy, relatively clean but not OCD and enjoy same things most other people put on here but we’ll have to meet to see if we get on.

It’s a fun house to live in and we get on great.

All bills are included.
