The flat gets lots of daylight, and is in a great location just off cutting room square where there are lots of bars and restaurants, is round the corner from The Northern Quarter, and just a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly and Victoria train stations

A bit about me, I’m a 39 year old finance manager, enjoy cooking, social drinking, not a massive drinker in the flat, although I do enjoy a good cocktail in the summer to start the evening off. I try to get away a few times a year, and am hoping to get back into swimming this winter.

As you can see from the pictures I like to keep all shared spaces clean and free of clutter (but I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak!), looking for a tidy considerate person who would also make the flat their home, and is up for a chat and the odd drink/shared meal.

Open to a conversation about less nights a week depending on your circumstances (e. g. you just want midweek).
