Unfurnished room available in Ancoats

Stylish flat on the eighth floor with an open plan kitchen/living room and a balcony, right next to New Islington tram stop. The available room is unfurnished but my current flatmate is happy to sell the bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers to you for £120. The rest of the furniture in the flat has been bought by me. I have an ensuite so the main bathroom off the living room would basically be yours. Bills aren't included in the rent and will probably come to around £165 a month. Council tax band C.

I'm looking for a sociable flatmate who would be up for watching tv together, maybe going on nights out and generally just hanging out occasionally. The flat is pet friendly and I'm happy for your pet to join us but otherwise I often have my friends’ cats stay with me whilst they’re away! I'm generally a clean and respectful flatmate and I work from home 3 days a week but go out to see friends a few times a week too so you'll have the flat to yourself sometimes as well.
