Hi! I’m Shaz and I own this 2bed/2bath new-build 6th floor flat on the border between Ancoats & New Islington that I am renting out entirely come end of July. I have lived in the flat myself for the past 1.5 years and have never really encountered any issues but I am moving to London for work.
