The bedroom is cosy but please note it does not have natural light unfortunately, however is peaceful and away from any city noise. There is a shared bathroom but this will principally be yours as I've an ensuite. Aside from that, the flat is furnished. The bedroom also comes with a Chester drawers, wardrobe and a double bed.

The living room/kitchen area comes with a round glass dining table which you can use if you WFH.

Amenities: Dishwasher, washing machine-dryer and 4 electric hobs in addition to the fridge/freezer and oven. There is also a fair sized storage room.

Location: The flat is just a 10 mins walk from the town centre and Piccadilly train station, a stone's throw away from New Islington tram stop and just 3 minutes walk from Ancoats marina.

***Important info***
Rent is £500 + £172 for all bills (electric, water, council tax, internet) so £672 in total. Please note that this can on occasion fluctuate depending on our usage but it's rare.

I'm 30 and I currently work at one of the local universities in a 9-5 Mon-Fri professional services role

I'm pretty laid back and I enjoy my hobbies - staying active through mainly swimming, running, football, climbing and more downtime stuff too like gaming/watching films etc. I love music and have a piano and decks that you'd be welcome to use if you're into it! I also like to go out now and again but this is quite rare these days. Loving park run too much...
