Double room with own large bathroom with bath available for rent in converted mill in Ancoats.

The bedroom is currently unfurnished but a bed can be ordered before your arrival if needed, alternatively if you have your own bed you're welcome to bring it. Room was used as an office for myself but previously had a double bed.

The flat is very nice, in a grade 2 listed building, converted mill in central Ancoats right by the canal / marina, opposite companio bakery / the Flat baker. Huge amount of great coffee, restaurants on the doorstep. Great location in terms of transport with New Islington tram stop and Piccadilly being 10 mins walk and Victoria 15.

There is also a concierge on reception from 8am-5pm Tues-Sat. There is 3 fobbed gates for security. The flat is ground floor and facing Murray street so is super quiet at night.

I am a live in landlord who works from home 2 days a week. I like going to the gym, food etc etc.

Internet included but electricity, council tax and water are not.
