Luxury Double Room Swimming Pool & Gym

Hi there!

I’m sadly leaving and my flatmate is looking for a buddy to take my place. The new tenent will need to move in by the 1st August.

The apartment is immaculate and is situated in a great location in Manchester City Centre (Northern Quarter/Ancoats). It has insane views over Manchester which we enjoy on the double footer balcony (great in the summer). It also has nice big windows in the living room area and both double bedrooms, so lots of natural light. There is a Gym, Sauna and Steam room on the top floor which is like heaven and a great way to unwind after a long tiring day from work. There is plenty of storage and the bedroom has built-in mirrored wardrobes and there is 3 large storage rooms in the hallway. The bathrooms are very modern and the shower pressure is the best I’ve ever had. The kitchen has so much space we currently don’t have enough stuff to fill it. High speed broadband is also included and there is underground parking which can be paid for as extra if you need it.

A bit about my flatmate : He is 28 and works in sales. He is super chilled and laidback and is clean. He likes to read, likes to cook, he likes to go to the gym and go to restaurants.

The total cost will be £1030 a month that’s all bills included. The bills are paid on the 1st of every month.

Prior to the new tenant moving in there will be a £50 admin fee to charge legal names.
