Furnished Double Room in Ancoats

Hey! I’m look for a flatmate to move into my 2 bedroom flat end of July, as my current roommate is moving to London.

It’s a modern flat in Ancoats/New Islington. It’s a great location with lots of transport nearby including a tram stop round the corner and just a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly Train station. There’s also an Aldi and Pure Gym (about 10 minute walk). NQ and Ancoats square are also super accessible from the flat.

The flat has Wi-Fi already (but the bill isn’t included in the rent price). There’s also a washing machine and dishwasher in the flat. The double room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. They’re just not currently in the room in the pics but will be moved in before the new tenant move in date. I’ve added separate pics of what they look like just for ref. You would also have the main bathroom to yourself as my room has an en-suite.

There’s parking in the building, however it’s at an extra cost so would just be a case of reaching out to the letting agents to get a space. Unsure what the current cost is but can find out upon request. Within the building there’s also a small gym which is free to use. Council tax band is C.

A little about me:
I’m 27 and work in E-commerce. During the week I’m pretty chilled, I like to go to the gym or go out for dinner. On the weekend I enjoy going out with mates for drinks/food or walks/runs etc. Looking for a female flatmate who’s likeminded, ideally who would be up for chilling some evenings in the week or going out on the weekend but also enjoys having their own space.
