The flat is set up in a dumbbell style, with an open plan living and dining area and a bed/ bath on either side. You would have a huge double bedroom, and exclusive use of the guest bathroom (which has a bathtub for those who like the occasional soak).

The flat is located in Ancoats, right next to the Northern Quarter. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly Gardens and the Arndale Centre, and 15-20 minutes from the Gay Village. The development has a co-working space, gym, rooftop terrace and a private hire dining area. There’s a general store, Aldi and Co-op all within a 10 minute walk, and there’s also a large Asian grocery store right next to the apartment block. Cutting Room Square is about a 5 minute walk.

The rent is £1575 per month, not including bills. Council tax band is C, and the bills typically come to between £150 - £180 per month (for 2 people). There will be a one off £50 fee to add you to the tenancy agreement, and you’ll need to pass referencing with the landlord before you can move in.

A little about me (your fab flatmate):

I’ve an Aussie who moved to Manchester from Sydney about a year ago. I love going out to eat, and exploring new places. I also love to read, and occasionally enjoy binge watching Netflix on the couch. I'm a pretty creative person, and my chosen outlet is baking. I also enjoy cooking generally.

I'm looking for a flatmate that I can be friends with, and occasionally go out and do things with, but I also like a bit of alone time and respect privacy. I'm clean and tidy, and would be looking for someone who is the same. I'm also looking for someone that can communicate openly.
