Looking for a friendly and relaxed housemate!

It is a modern double room, with its own bathroom, in a 2-bed flat - available from the 25th March. The flat is on the 5th floor of the Anco&co building - a lovely and social block of flats in the heart of Ancoats. They have loads of amenities including a co-working space, cinema room and rooftop hideout. And they also run lots of free events for residents!

The building is in a great location, 2 mins walk from Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter and 100 meters from Cutting Room Square (and all the best food spots in Ancoats)!

The flat itself is super modern - the kitchen has an induction hob, there is a washer-dryer, dish washer and a comfy sofa. Plus free wifi. You can even control the lights from an app on your phone! There are also two bathrooms, mine is en-suite so you will basically have the other bathroom to yourself.

Rent is £737.5 per month plus bills which are about £150 per month. You will also need to pay a deposit (of a month's rent) upfront.

A bit more about me, I am currently working as a Script Editor at a tv production company in Manchester - working on lots of exciting new shows. I am social, but also enjoy my own space. I like nice dinners and nights out - but I am also a fan of an early night and catching up on all the other TV shows. And I am running the London marathon this year (my first marathon!), so that is currently taking up a fair bit of time!

I am looking for a woman of similar age who is friendly, has similar weekday hours and is considerate.
