Ancoats Double Room & Bathroom

I am looking for a female flatmate to move in end of June. This is a double bedroom with a view as well as your own spacious bathroom located in Ancoats (room comes without the desk).

The building has its own gym, 24 hour concierge and is a 3 minute walk to the tram stop and the new Islington marina.

As my lovely flatmate is moving, I’m really looking for someone who shares similar hobbies/interests and has a similar routine to me. Whilst I like to recharge with my own company and alone time here and there, I’d really like to have a friendship and click well with the person who moves in, so it’s important to me that we are into the same things!

I work hybrid 3 days from home and 2 in the office (Tues & Thurs). Someone with a similar hybrid set up would be great! I tend not to go out late on weekdays and generally prefer to hike/gym/pilates/cook Mon - Fri. I will sometimes squeeze in social plans here and there that are very chilled and typically more out and about rather than in the flat (week day pub quizzes or post-work dinner out).

On weekends I usually head out to the Peak District for walks, go on morning runs, run errands, visit friends, grab coffee, or have a relaxed wine in the early evening. Whilst I do go out for dinner and/or drinks the odd Friday or Saturday night, I am past my stage of staying out late partying and heavy drinking and it’s important to me that whoever moves in is at a similar stage in life. Any dogs and dog lovers etc are also totally more than welcome here.

Tenancy is a rolling monthly and rent is £625 per month without bills, council tax (around £90 each), and wifi (£13 each) included. There is no deposit, just a £50 admin fee for the tenant name change.
