Gorgeous 4 bed house in Ancoats with canal views

Hey folks,

Looking to fill a room in a new build house overlooking the canal in Ancoats, with over 1500 square feet of space, garden, and private parking including a double drive. Heaps of space!

You are as close to the city as you can be while living in a three storey house, with Ancoats square a few minute's walk away, Northern Quarter around 5 minutes, and gyms/shops all nearby. They are also just reviving Ancoats Green, which is going to be a gorgeous new park and green space opposite our house.

The double bedroom is fully furnished, with a king size bed, built in triple wardrobes and drawers, and dual aspect views over the canal and green spaces.

I'm 29, very easy going young professional. I am looking a and respectful young professional who wants to live in a nice home. I am also looking for someone who is used to house shares where you all chip in to taking care of a place (whether cleaning, taking out bins, mowing the lawn). We do hire a cleaner which helps us keep on top of things (note this isn't included and works out about £7.50 a week each).

I often work from home and gym every evening. At the weekends, I like to go for brunch, a few drinks or something outdoorsy! Live with my boyfriend Ben who has similar interests and very easy going.

The other house mate, Wilf works as an online coach.

Bills come to around 145 a month each. We also share a cleaner, which we chip in for separately.
