En-suite Room Available in New Islington (M4)

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out!

The bedroom comes part-furnished, with a bed frame and desk included. There's also an en-suite with a shower.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and dinnerware, and has a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the flat also.

it's a 2 minute walk away from the New Islington Tram stop, and a 20 minute walk into the city centre, but the flat is well away from any main roads, so it's pretty quiet.

it's Council Tax Band B and bills work out to around £120 per month per person.

The flat is available for 6 months at a minimum, and maximum stay is one year. This can be extended.

I don't mind who you are, as long as you're tidy and easy going! I'm quite sociable, but do like my own space at times. I'd like someone to be able to hang out with occasionally, but no pressure if you like your own space and want to be left alone!

I work from home 3 days a week and work from the office 2 days a week. I have a partner so spend a lot of time either out with her or in the flat.
