I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from 1st of March 2026 as I'll be moving out.
There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms in the flat (both ensuite).
The room available:
- Double bedroom, unfurnished so have the freedom to bring your own furniture (I have a bed bought about 5 months ago and I'm happy to sell it for 50£ if interested or I can get rid of it)
-Walk-in wardrobe!
- En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar/ storage and shelves
-Gym (included in rent)
-parking on site
You'd have to be working as agency will conduct employment ref.
Rent is 669£ with a deposit of 572£ which would have to be paid on the day you sign your lease.
You'd be sharing the flat with a lovely girl. She works as project manager working Monday to Friday.
