Flatshare in New Islington

Looking for two people to fill spare rooms in a 3-bed flat in New Islington! I have lived in the flat for a while and am looking to fill the rooms that my friends move out of in November. I will also be leaving the flat in January, so suggest it would be ideal for two friends!

There is an open plan living room and kitchen space, with a small balcony with a view of the Etihad and Peaks.

There is one main bathroom which you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

I work an office job and enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking and running in my free time.

There is also a communal green space accessed from the second floor of the building that has recently reopened.

There is a two-storey car park downstairs, with secure cycle storage - an allocated car parking space doesn’t come with the flat but you can sometimes sublet one.

Bills and rent generally get paid altogether at the start of the month by one tenant and are currently as follows.

N. b. When I leave in January another tenant will need to take responsibility for payment of all bills (council tax, water, energy, hot water and wifi).

Tenancy Exchange Fee - £50 (non-refundable)
Bills pm - approx. £130
Rent pm - £482.50 (same for both rooms)
