My name is Bella (F, 32) and myself and my partner Nathan (M, 34) own a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Ancoats (in the Murray's Mills development!). We live part time in Manchester and part time in London, but only spent a weekend or so in Manchester every few months. We also have an allocated parking spot.
I'm originally from Canada but immigrated to Manchester 9 years ago, and Nathan from Manchester (born and bred!) so we'd be able to give lots of insights and suggestions on how to get the most out of your time here.
We take great pride in our flat, so would want someone who will treat it the way we do. The flat is fully furnished too!
To note - the cost includes bills (council tax, internet, water and electricity)! This means £1550 is everything included :)
