Hi,
My sister is moving out of our flat for work. I will need someone to take over her double, ensuite room. The room is a great size with built in wardrobes, and comes fully furnished (minus the dressing table).
The living area is so cosy but spacious and has a really homely feel to it.
There is one parking space too, but if you wanted the parking purely for yourself it would be £750 for the rent each month.
NO BILLS INCLUDED. Bills & council tax come up to roughly £200 each, per month and I will require you to set up a direct debit to myself for this each month.
I work for an estate agents so will require you to go through referencing prior to moving in. Ideally someone who is a professional and doesn’t bring back lots of people to the flat as I am not like that.
Open to living with a girl or a guy, I’m quite easy but would like to meet up first to make sure we get on! :)
